These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of influencerdynamics.com (the "Site"), operated by Influencer Dynamics ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the networks connected to it;
- Introduce any malware, or use automated means to scrape or harvest content without our permission; or
- Use the Site to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or communications.
The Influencer Dynamics App
In addition to this Site, Influencer Dynamics offers an application (the "App"), and these Terms also govern your use of the App. The App is provided to help brands connect and communicate with influencers.
Connecting your Google account. The App includes an optional feature that lets you send email on your behalf through your Google (Gmail) account. If you choose to connect your Google account, you authorize the App to send the messages you create or approve using the Gmail API, and you agree to Google's applicable terms. You may disconnect or revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.
Your responsibilities. You are solely responsible for the content of any messages you send through the App and for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws — including anti-spam laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act — and with the terms of any service you connect. You agree not to use the App to send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, the content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Influencer Dynamics or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
Submissions
If you send us information through a contact form or by email, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information that you do not wish to disclose.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Influencer Dynamics and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Influencer Dynamics operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
